A BIT ABOUT THERAPY

It feels good to start a new journey.

Experiencing significant life changes that come with time is something we all inevitably experience. Sometimes change and hardships come by our choosing, and sometimes they do not. Knowing that you don’t have to face it alone can make all the difference. The counseling relationship can be one of the most rewarding relationships a person will ever cultivate, and my goal is to help my clients feel as safe and as welcome as possible.

COUNSELING SERVICES

With You Every Step of the Way

STARTING (OR RESTARTING) THERAPY

I enjoy meeting people regardless of where they are on their journey. Some people are just becoming aware of a problem and others find themselves needing to pick up where they left off in the healing process years ago. Wherever you are, we can start there. You don't need all the answers, just a willingness to show up.

TAKING NEXT STEPS THERAPY

If you’re looking for someone with experience as a student, wife, mom, someone who has relocated, or just a supportive person to listen to you, you’ve come to the right place. I walk with my clients every step of the journey and implement various methods to help them develop new attitudes towards all of life’s most complex matters. If you have experienced trauma in your distant past or recently, you may benefit from my training in Trauma-Focused therapeutic interventions.

FAMILY THERAPY

Feeling disconnected from friends or family? It might be time to seek help from a licensed professional. Attachment-based informed sessions help clients work through the inevitable complexities made from complex and broken childhood and family dynamics. Improving feelings of connection can help strengthen relationships and secure long term relationship success.
