As a Licensed Professional Counselor – Supervisor in Texas, I provide supportive, ethical, and growth-oriented clinical supervision to LPC-Associates seeking to deepen their skills and confidence in practice. My approach integrates CBT, DBT, Attachment work, Trauma Informed, Person Centered and Emotion Focused experience. I use evidence-based techniques with a collaborative, reflective process that encourages professional identity development, clinical competence, and self-awareness. I strive to create a safe and engaging supervisory environment where associates feel challenged, supported, and empowered as they navigate licensure requirements and real-world clinical work. I am currently accepting LPC-Associates across Texas (either in my Austin office or online or hybrid) and welcome the opportunity to support emerging clinicians in building meaningful, effective, and sustainable counseling careers.
