HOW DO I BEGIN TO TAKE THE NEXT RIGHT STEP ON THIS JOURNEY?
Contact us for an initial phone consultation so we can see if we might be a good fit together and to better understanding what you are looking for in a counselor. Once we can agree on a day and time that works for both us, you can fill out our Intake paperwork and we can get started.
WHAT DOES COUNSELING LOOK LIKE?
Typically sessions are about 50 minute minutes long, located in the Northwest Austin office. Online counseling is also offered via secure and encrypted virtual sessions for clients throughout the state of Texas.
DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?
Destinations Counseling strives to make therapy affordable and charges a lower-than-average rate of $110/session. If you have special financial considerations please contact us. Typically clients meet on a weekly basis unless otherwise agreed upon.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT OR INSURANCE DO YOU TAKE?
Credit cards, HSA debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, cash or check. Currently Destinations Counseling is accepting BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare and a few others as well as EAP plans. Feel free to contact us to see if you are covered.
